| An Introduction to PsiLog | My Home page |
TV news pictures of press conferences, sports events etc are often recorded with "time-of-day" timecode to help producers and reporters locate the sound-bites or the newsworthy action required for a finished TV report.
PsiLog runs a clock that can be stopped when something happens, so a journalist can note down the time of an event and its details, either in a log file on the computer or in their notebook. It makes finding the right quote or sequence of pictures later very easy, especially when you're editing your report up against a tight deadline.
Simple, really. But it's made my job a lot easier. I hope it does the same for you.
